Preparation
Method 1
- Mix it with water (optionally some added coconut milk).
- Let the mix sit for 30 minutes.
- Blend the mix for 1-5 minutes.
- Pour it in strain bag & massage/knead for 10 minutes.
- Wring out all the liquid.
- Toss the contents of the bag.
- Drink the liquid (optionally mix the liquid).
Method 2
- Tap Water same proportions.
- Blend on High for 1-2 minutes (making sure it doesnt get hot).
- Strain and massage for a little bit.
