Preparation

Method 1

  • Mix it with water (optionally some added coconut milk).
  • Let the mix sit for 30 minutes.
  • Blend the mix for 1-5 minutes.
  • Pour it in strain bag & massage/knead for 10 minutes.
  • Wring out all the liquid.
    • Toss the contents of the bag.
  • Drink the liquid (optionally mix the liquid).

Method 2

  • Tap Water same proportions.
  • Blend on High for 1-2 minutes (making sure it doesnt get hot).
  • Strain and massage for a little bit.
