Abstain from Social Media during the Day

On the habit regarding social media and abstaining during the day.

Remember: It’s not the single check of social media (Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) it’s the trajectory for the day, to let you mind crave cheap-dopamine, once you take that first hit.

Abstaining completely for the day until evening is doable. But re-abstaining over and over again during the day is much harder if you took that first hit. So when it comes to social media during the day total abstaining is the way to go.
